While working as a Vocational Trainer (Tourism) in the Department of Education, Himachal Pradesh, Gulshan Kumar aspired to enhance his educational qualifications to strengthen his career prospects. With this goal in mind, he enrolled in the Master’s programme in Economics from IGNOU and successfully completed it in 2014. Continuing his academic pursuit with determination, he went on to clear the NET examination in December 2019. This achievement marked a significant milestone in his journey and opened new avenues in the field of higher education. Following this success, he was selected as an Assistant Professor in Economics (College Cadre) in Himachal Pradesh. At present, he is serving as Assistant Professor of Economics at Government College Bhoranj (Hamirpur), Himachal Pradesh. His journey reflects a steady progression through dedication and academic advancement, demonstrating how pursuing higher education alongside professional responsibilities can lead to meaningful career growth.
